Franco Albini side chair

A rare side chair designed by Franco Albini and crafted by brothers Ezio and Roberto Poggi, then young cabinetmakers from Pavia.

The chair was part of the second floor living room of Rifugio Pirovano, an alpine refuge in Cervinia, which Albini designed together with Luigi Colombini in 1948. Documentation present.
