Jacobsen, Arne

(1902 - 1971)

Arne Jacobsen was one of the most important Danish architects and designers of the 20th century. Among his most noted works are the Århus City Hall, the Danish National Bank building and the SAS hotel in Copenhagen and St Catherine's College in Oxford. In many cases Jacobsen also furnished the buildings he designed, with these pieces becoming classic designs themselves.

For nearly two decades, the collection of Bloomberry has been driven by the cultural reference between architecture, art and design.

The quality of our collection is reflected in the sophistication of craftsmanship and the character of the scars of time. Our restoration workshops are built around the same principal and work to the highest degree of craftsmanship.
