Laubersheimer, Wolfgang

Wolfgang Laubersheimer (1955) is a German designer. He studied metal sculpture in Cologne. In 1982 he co-founded a production company for furniture called ‘Unikate’ and in 1985 the design group ‘Pentagon’.  As an independent designer or as a member of the group ‘Pentagon’ he participated in countless exhibitions. He also cooperated with companies as Swatch, AEG, Mercedes-Benz and Tiffany. He has been a professor for production technology at the Köln International School of Design since 1992.

For nearly two decades, the collection of Bloomberry has been driven by the cultural reference between architecture, art and design.
