Johansson-Pape, Lisa
(1907 - 1989)
Carin Elisabeth (Lisa) Johansson-Pape was one of the most important Finnish lighting designers. After graduating in 1927, she started designing furniture for Kylmäkoski. In 1937 she began working for Stockmann, where she designed furniture, and from 1942 on she designed lighting for Orno, a daughter company of Stockmann. Apart from this, she worked on custom designs for the lighting of churches and other buildings.
