A table, designed by Charlotte Perriand for Cité Cansado, Mauritania. This table was designed in 1958 and editioned by Steph Simon, France. The top, of plastic laminate on oak slats, rests, but almost seems to float, on a painted steel frame. This piece is in a good vintage condition with a great patina. Published in Willy Boesiger, ed., Le Corbusier et Son Atelier rue de Sevres 35 and Jacques Barsac, Charlotte Perriand - Un Art d’Habiter.
