Domenico Sandri and Umberto Tubini bar trolley

A mobile container or trolley with an open storage space on top, designed by Italian architects Domenico Sandri (1928 - 1990) and Umberto Tubini (1931) in 1966. It was produced by Properzio Contin, Thiene, Italy.  

The piece is made of wood with a walnut veneer and the two parts are connected with brass hinges. It stands on eight wheels and can be locked with a key. The bottles are held in place with a mildly aged brass bar and the shelves have small inserts underneath at the sides, so they smoothly fall into the brass hinges and are always well stabilized.  

Dimensions stated are of the piece when closed. When opened it is 55.91 In / 142 cm wide and 12.99 In / 33 cm deep. Documentation present.
