Stig Otto Wretling was a Swedish painter. He was the son of artist and furniture manufacturer Otto Wretling and the brother of the sculptor David and architect Kjell.
He studied painting in Stockholm from 1930 to 1931. His work includes altar pieces and ceiling paintings in Swedish churches.
