Adriano Spilimbergo was an Argentine-born Italian artist. He was trained at the Brera Academy in Milan and he held his first solo show at the Bardi gallery in 1930. Apart from autonomous pieces, he also painted murals for the Bocconi University and private Milanese houses. He was part of the Chiarismo movement; artists who worked on a painting with light colors and a light sign, going back to the roots of Lombard painting.
The collection of Bloomberry has been driven by the cultural reference between architecture, art and design.
The quality of our collection is reflected in the sophistication of craftsmanship and the character of the scars of time. Our restoration workshops are built around the same principal and work to the highest degree of craftsmanship. Bloomberry is housed in a former textile factory located near Maastricht.
