Carlo Scarpa was an Italian architect and designer. He graduated from the Accademia in Venice, with the title of Professor of Architecture and he apprenticed with the architect Francesco Rinaldo. Most of his work was built in the Veneto, but also in the rest of Italy and other countries. His most famous design was probably the Brion Cemetery in Altivole.
In 1932, Scarpa started working for Venini and was the artistic director of the company until 1946.
The collection of Bloomberry has been driven by the cultural reference between architecture, art and design.
The quality of our collection is reflected in the sophistication of craftsmanship and the character of the scars of time.
