Koch, Mogens

(1898 - 1992)

Mogens Koch was a Danish architect and furniture designer, working in the style of Danish Functionalism. He studied architecture at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen. Between 1925 and 1932 he worked for furniture designers like Kaare Klint to learn the craft, after which he established himself as an independent architect and designer. His architectural work consisted mostly of the restauration of churches.

For nearly two decades, the collection of Bloomberry has been driven by the cultural reference between architecture, art and design.

The quality of our collection is reflected in the sophistication of craftsmanship and the character of the scars of time. Our restoration workshops are built around the same principal and work to the highest degree of craftsmanship.
