Godenius, Ragnhild

(1877 - 1966)

Gerda Ragnhild Godenius was a Finnish-born sculptor and ceramist. After studying sculpture in Helsinki, she moved to Sweden in 1907. In the town of Rönninge (and later in Stockholm) she started a workshop with fellow ceramist Gerda Sprinchorn. They would work an live together for the rest of their lives.

Apart from her own pieces, she also produced some ceramics for Upsala-Ekeby in the 1910s.

For nearly two decades, the collection of Bloomberry has been driven by the cultural reference between architecture, art and design.

The quality of our collection is reflected in the sophistication of craftsmanship and the character of the scars of time. Our restoration workshops are built around the same principal and work to the highest degree of craftsmanship.
