Barr, David John

David John Barr was a Michigan sculptor, artist and art professor. While studying engineering in university, he discovered the fine arts and switched his studies to sculpture and industrial design. Apart from smaller autonomous pieces, he created many public sculptures around the world.

His former house, Villa Bar in Novi, Michigan, is currently an artist residence and cultural education center with sculpture installations in a park setting.
