Anja Notini (1940-2018) was a Swedish writer, photographer, artist and ceramist. She worked as a fashion editor at the Femina
magazine and wrote several books. After researching pottery for a book
in the late 1980s, she became inspired to work in this field herself.
She created her ceramic pieces at home, at Villa Solvik in Saltsjö-Boo,
where she dug op the clay from her own garden.
She was a granddaughter of Harald Notini, who was the artistic leader for the Böhlmarks lamp factory.
The collection of Bloomberry has been driven by the cultural reference between architecture, art and design.
The quality of our collection is reflected in the sophistication of craftsmanship and the character of the scars of time. Our restoration workshops are built around the same principal and work to the highest degree of craftsmanship. Bloomberry is housed in a former textile factory located near Maastricht.
