A very rare Art Nouveau bookcase by Otto Wretling, Umeå, circa 1919. The doors and edge are carved out to add a wonderful texture to the wood.  The doors are decorated with a motif of leaves and cones.

This piece was used by a family in Härnösand, who commissioned Wretling to produce a series of furniture for their home. We also have the carved wood sofa and coffee table from the same series available.
