A pair of oak chairs with curved armrests, attributed to Dutch Modernist architect and designer Mart Stam. The chairs have a fabric upholstery on the seating and backrest.

This chair was originally designed for one of the Dutch ministries in the 1940s. Stam also designed similar chairs in wood and rush for the Dutch 'Goed Wonen' ('Good Living') magazine.
