A model 'Il Giullare 2' ('the jester') lounge chair with a red fabric upholstery, designed in 2012 by Gaetano Pesce for for Meritalia, Italy.

The measurements stated are with the tongue-like armrests and backrest folded in. Folded out, the chair is 205 by 145 cm and 97 cm high.
