A round birch coffee table with square feet by Nordiska Kompaniet, Sweden, 1932. The table is labeled by Nordiska with the serial number 'R36428 C29080', which indicates it was custom-made in 1932. During this period Axel Einar Hjorth was the head of design of Nordiska. This piece shows a strong resemblance to the 'Record' sideboard by Hjorth, which we also have available.
