A pair of low, foldable 'chauffeuse' (fireside) lounge chairs in oak by Charlotte Perriand. The chairs are from the Arc 1600 ski resort in Les Arcs (1967-69), built by a team of architects, including Perriand. The chairs are made of solid wood, giving the chairs a sturdy and rustic look, matching the chalet style interior of the building.
The chairs come with the original green fabric cushions. When desired, they can be professionally reupholstered in our in-house atelier. We have pictures of an earlier set that we did reupholster available on request.
