A set of three early 1960s model Fresnel wall lamps by Joe Colombo for Oluce, Italy. The lamps have a thick and textured Fresnel glass (which is also used for lighthouses) diffuser in a white lacquered metal frame.
These lamps are a very rare pre-production, made for a house in Milan. The later model, that was taken into wider production in the mid-1960s, was adjusted by adding a fully closed wall-mount instead of this open one.
The collection of Bloomberry has been driven by the cultural reference between architecture, art and design.
The quality of our collection is reflected in the sophistication of craftsmanship and the character of the scars of time. Our restoration workshops are built around the same principal and work to the highest degree of craftsmanship. Bloomberry is housed in a former textile factory located near Maastricht.
