Ruokolainen, Reino

Reino Olavi Ruokolainen (1929) is a Finnish interior architect and furniture designer. He designed the interiors of many hotels and tourism companies. Examples of his interior work are the Kuparitalo building in Helsinki (1957) and the Central Hotel in Vaasa (1972). He was the artistic director of Haimi Oy from 1956 to 1963 and designed many modern wooden furniture pieces for the company. He founded his own interior design firm in 1960.
