Jorge Ferrari-Hardoy was an Argentine architect and designer. He received his degree in architecture from the Universidad de Buenos Aires in 1939. During his studies he spent time in Paris, where he worked with Le Corbusier on his never-realized urban plans for Buenos Aires. When he returned home, he was a part of the creation of CIAM Argentina.
Together with Antonio Bonet Castellana and Juan Kurchan he worked in the Austral Group, Buenos Aires. They designed the iconic B.K.F. Chair.
The collection of Bloomberry has been driven by the cultural reference between architecture, art and design.
The quality of our collection is reflected in the sophistication of craftsmanship and the character of the scars of time. Our restoration workshops are built around the same principal and work to the highest degree of craftsmanship. Bloomberry is housed in a former textile factory located near Maastricht.
